How Shipping Works
Live animals are precious cargo. Here is the short version of how every SoFlo order travels.
UPS Overnight Only
Every live order ships UPS Overnight for the fastest, safest trip. No FedEx, no exceptions.
Monday to Wednesday
Live animals ship Monday through Wednesday only, so nothing sits in a warehouse over a weekend.
UPS Store Pickup
Orders go to a verified UPS Store that accepts live animals. Pick up within 2 hours of availability. Home delivery voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.
Safe Temperatures
We ship only when temperatures are between 35 and 90 degrees F at both ends of the trip.
