What We Collect
When you place an order or contact us, we receive the details needed to complete it: your name, contact information, shipping destination (including the UPS Store you choose for live animal pickup) and your order details. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or the payment app you choose, such as Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.
How We Use It
We use your information to fulfill and ship your order, arrange pickup, answer your questions and provide the Live Arrival Guarantee. We do not sell your personal information.

Our store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies and similar tools to run the store, remember your cart and understand how the site is used.
